My Jumpflex order, it came packed really well. The box did have a few delivery marks on it, but inside everything was safe and wrapped up neatly. No missing bits and no damage, which was a relief. Happy with the packing, I was.

I was hoping this would last a bit longer, but after some rain and windy weather, it started wearing down faster than I expected. Maybe it’s better suited for a more sheltered spot, but for where I used it, it didn’t quite hold up. I’m a little disappointed.

I ordered from Jumpflex and the trampoline showed up in good condition, so no complaints there... but the shipping felt a little slower than I expected. The tracking barely updated for a few days, which was kind of frustrating because I kept checking to see where it was. Overall, it was fine... just not amazing. If you need it by a certain date, I’d probably order earlier than you think.

I got this thinking it might be more for kids, but it was easy for me too. Really easy, really simple to use, and I had no trouble with it at all.

At first, we were really happy with it and the kids used it all the time. But after about 2 years, the padding and mat started wearing out badly. I kind of expected this might happen since I’ve always been a little skeptical about how long these things really last, and unfortunately it confirmed what I figured. For the price, I was hoping it would hold up longer

At first I was a little annoyed because the return ended up taking more back-and-forth emails than I expected. I kept thinking, come on, just tell me what’s happening. But then the refund did come through in the end, so I guess I can’t be too mad. Support was polite, which helped, though clearer updates along the way would’ve made the whole thing feel a lot smoother.

My warranty claim took way longer than I expected, and getting a reply felt like a bit of a bonus rather than the norm. I had to keep chasing things up myself, which was fun, obviously. Even after all that, I still didn’t really feel like everything was properly sorted. Some clearer updates along the way would’ve been nice, but I guess that was asking a bit much.

The frame feels strong and solid, and overall I’m happy with it. It seems like it should hold up well, at least from what I can tell so far

I ordered from Jumpflex and the whole process was straightforward. Checkout went through without any issues, which I appreciated. The only thing is I wish the shipping info had been a bit easier to spot before I paid, but that might be partly on me for not looking around more carefully. Overall, it wasn’t a big deal and I’d probably use the site again.

The trampoline itself has been fine overall, but to be fair, the springs aren’t quite as strong as I thought they’d be. After a few months of use, a few of them have started making some noise. It’s still usable and the kids can bounce on it, but I wouldn’t say the quality is amazing

It’s got a really nice bounce to it and performs well overall. It does feel a bit stiff at first, but that’s not a dealbreaker for me.

I reached out to support and, they got back to me quickly. They figured out what was going on and had it sorted without much hassle...

My partner and I got this set up in an afternoon, and it went smoother than I expected. The instructions were clear, all the parts lined up the way they should, and we didn’t really run into any issues. It was definitely easier than some other things we’ve put together, like... well, you know how those projects can go. Happy with it overall.

This fits our space really well, and the kids still have plenty of room to move around and play. what more could we ask for?? Super happy with it

It’s okay overall, but definitely a bit hit or miss. When one kid is using it, it seems fine, but once the kids start jumping together, it gets wobbly. Not terrible, but I wish it felt a little sturdier.

The trampoline feels sturdy overall, and my kids are on it pretty much every day, so it’s definitely getting used. That said, the padding started feeling thinner after just a few weeks, which made me wonder if they cut corners there to keep the cost down while still charging a higher price. It’s not a bad trampoline by any means, but for what we paid, I was expecting the quality to hold up a bit better.

We’ve had our Jumpflex trampoline for a few years now, and one of the net poles got a bit bent after some rough weather or a storm or whatever. I thought getting it sorted would be a hassle, but the replacement parts were easy to find on their website. We were able to just order the piece we needed instead of some whole big kit, and it showed up fairly quickly. Definitely saved us from having to buy a whole new trampoline

I’m giving this 2 stars because the trampoline itself seems solid once it’s up, but wow, the assembly instructions were frustrating. I’ve bought from this brand before and usually had a good experience, so I really wanted to like this one too. But some of the steps felt like they just skipped over important details, and the pictures weren’t clear enough, especially when putting the frame and springs together. We had to stop a few times and look things up just to figure out what they meant. For the price, I expected a lot better. It took way longer than it should have, which was disappointing because I do like the brand, but this setup experience really missed the mark.

i mean, the trampoline showed up exactly when they said it would, and there was no hassle at all. The wait was easy, delivery was smooth, and everything went just fine.
